Looking for a seasonal Chef October 2025 - end of February 2026 for a private traditional hunting lodge in SW Georgia.
Chef to provide full catering for family and guests attending weekend hunting parties. Family also occasionally in residence during the week.
Meal planning, sourcing local produce and preparing buffet breakfasts, simple lunches, afternoon tea, hors d'oeuvres and formal 3 course dinners.
Additional responsibilities include assistance with dressing tables, cleaning kitchen and working as part of a team.
Candidates should have significant Chef experience of formal dining, strong organisational skills and professional communication skills.
Live-in available for the contract duration.
